We are looking to add a Medical Assistant II for our Baptist Orange Park Pediatrics office. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.
Medical Assistant II, Job Responsibilities:
- Provides medical assistance to physician
- Obtains vital signs
- Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit
- Maintains medical documentation
- Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
- Processes prescription requests and referrals
Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Medical Assistant Required
