Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide outpatient care at the Baptist Health Sleep Center - 6930 Bonneval Road, #2B, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
