We’re hiring a Occupational Therapist for our Hospital At Home Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time Days position which will provide patient home-based healthcare throughout the Jacksonville community. The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday with no weekend or holiday commitments.

We are looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Services Team at Baptist Medical Center. This position requires a candidate with at least 1 year of recent experience working in an acute care setting, home health patient care experience, and experience providing direct orthopedic and neurological physical care. This is a Full-Time opportunity working day shift hours.

Occupational Therapist, Hospital At Home, Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Provides patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Oversees support staff. Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

*Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required*

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
