Job Summary

**Up to $1,000 Sign on Bonus**

Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the adult outpatient rehab services department in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This is a PRN, Day shift position.

We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This PRN position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general occupational therapy care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.

• Extensive patient/family education.

• Works with multidisciplinary team care.

• In-services physicians and hospital staff.

Experience Requirements:

• At least one year of Occupational Therapy experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred

• At least one year of pelvic health patient care is strongly preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required

• Licensed Occupational Therapist from FL Department of Health Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
