Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Transport Supervisor
in our Patient Escort Services Department at Baptist Medical Center Downtown Jacksonville. This is a full-time opportunity.
- Oversee departmental reporting and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage staffing schedules, PTO requests, and payroll processing
- Coordinate and perform dispatch and patient escort functions as needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service and team performance
- Support daily operations and handle additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years Healthcare Experience
- Supervisory Experience
- Customer Service Experience
Education/Degree Required:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) preferred
- Associate of Science preferred
- Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) preferred
