Physical Therapist, Part-Time, Outpatient Rehab, Baptist Downtown Clinic - Pelvic Health

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Part-Time, weekday shift opportunity at our Baptist Downtown Outpatient Clinic.

We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. This full-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general pelvic health care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient pelvic health. Orthopedic patients are also expected to be reflected within this position's caseload.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.

• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.

• Oversee support staff.

• Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.

• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.

• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 or more years of Physical Therapy experience preferred

• Pelvic Health Experience required

• General outpatient rehab experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required
• Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
