Baptist Health - Recruiter

We are hiring for a Recruiter at Baptist Health. This will be a full-time position.

The Recruiter works closely with leadership to develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System. They are responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative and professional positions throughout the system.

Recruiter Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Over 10 years Recruitment experience
• Knowledge of employment laws

Recruiter Licenses and Certifications:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
