Job Summary
Baptist Southbank is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our Patient Access team at Baptist Medical Group Call Center.
As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
- Answering Phones
- Scanning/Faxing documents
- Collect patient demographics/insurance information and ensure that the registration is updated
- Maintaining medical documentation, schedules appointments, and processes prescriptions and referrals.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High school diploma (or higher) Required
