Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health, Full Time Nights, Baptist Jacksonville

*$7,500 Sign On Bonus*

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Baptist Jacksonville. This is a full-time nights position.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services.

• Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.

• Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. *Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.

• Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years Behavioral Health Nursing Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
