Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This is a full-time day shift opportunity. Scheduled shifts 7:00am -7:00pm.

Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring treatment for medical, surgical, and emergent conditions.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate care with ancillary services to support optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in staff meetings, unit-based initiatives, and continuous quality improvement.

Registered Nurse Experience:
- 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
- Telemetry Experience (required)
- Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
- Hospital Experience (required)
- Registered Nurse Education & Credential Requirements:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), TNCC, NIHSS (preferred)
