Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Emergency Department at Baptist Emergency Room Oakleaf. This is a part-time night shift opportunity. Job Responsibilities: • Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition• Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement• Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care• Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital • Coordinate care provided by ancillary services• Act as the patient advocate• Participate in staff meetings and other unit activitiesExperience Requirements:• 1-2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience• Emergency Department Experience Preferred• Hospital Experience• Telemetry ExperienceEducation & Credential Requirements:• Associate of Science in Nursing Required• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred• Licensed Registered Nurse Required• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred• Certified Emergency Registered Nurse (CEN) Preferred• Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred• NIH Stroke Scale Certification Preferred• Trauma Nurse Core Course Certification (TNCC) PreferredIf you are a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a part-time night shift opportunity within a supportive and respected healthcare system, we encourage you to apply today and grow your career with Baptist Health.
