Registered Nurse, Outpatient Oncology - Breast Clinic, Baptist MD Anderson

Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Outpatient Oncology Breast Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson Downtown and Clay. This full-time position will report to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This position will work every Tuesday at Baptist MD Anderson Clay and the rest of the days will be at Downtown BMDA.

As a Registered Nurse in the Breast Oncology Clinic, you will:

• Positively affect patient outcomes by providing, coordinating, and supporting evidence-based direct patient care.
• Work closely with a Physician and other team members to provide patient care and education.
• Have strong phone assessment skills and be able to work autonomously in a clinic environment.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
• Be able to initiate process suggestions and prioritize well.
• Have many opportunities to learn and grow through collaboration and CE opportunities.

Registered Nurse Experience:

• At least one year of nursing experience
• Oncology experience preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
