Job Summary
Baptist South is hiring a Registered Nurse for our PACE Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN position, hours 8am-4:30pm with no weekends or holidays required in the Pre-Admission Testing area.
As an RN in the PACE Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services
- Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
- Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years Surgical Services Nursing Experience Required
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Associate of Science, Nursing
