Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant for our Information Services Team. This is a hybrid opportunity located at the Baptist Downtown campus.
Senior Administrative Assistant, Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising independent judgment. - Manage calendars and schedules for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and projects, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support for various tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by senior management.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook required.
- 1-2 Years Office Experience required.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
