The Senior AI Development Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. This role combines modern software engineering practices with advanced AI capabilities to build intelligent systems that drive operational efficiency and business value.

This position designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements applications across a variety of languages and platforms, including Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, and SQL. The engineer develops intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and ensures applications are responsive, secure, and compatible across multiple platforms and environments. Responsibilities may also include working with modern web technologies, APIs, and integration frameworks to support seamless system interoperability. A key focus of this role is leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern coding practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and performance. The engineer will design and implement advanced solutions such as multi-agent systems, generative AI applications, large language model (LLM) integrations, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures that deliver meaningful operational and business impact.

This role also plays a critical part in contributing to and evolving the enterprise Agent Framework, enabling the orchestration, governance, and deployment of specialized AI agents that enhance and automate IT operations in alignment with enterprise standards.The Senior AI Development Engineer operates with a high degree of independence, applying deep technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovation. This individual may lead projects or key initiatives, mentor less experienced team members, and serve as a technical resource across teams. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions.

Senior AI Development Engineer​, you will be responsible for:

• Designs and develops primarily Internet/web pages, applications such as e-commerce and content-driven websites.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements applications using a variety of languages and platforms such as Java, C, C++, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Scala, Objective-C and Swift. Develops proof-of-concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate user interfaces (UI) that consist of graphics, icons and color schemes that are visually appealing.
• Ensures that applications are compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers.
• May require familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques, including digital video and audio codes such as H.264, MPEG-4 and FLAC.
• May also involve responsive web design techniques
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

Senior AI Development Engineer​ Experince:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies preferred
• Proficiency in C#,.NET, PowerShell, and Python preferred
• Experience with AI/agentic frameworks and machine learning concepts preferred
• Proven ability to design, develop, and enhance AI agents preferred
