The Business Systems Analyst serves as a key partner between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support operational and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for translating business needs into structured system requirements, evaluating solution options, and supporting the successful enhancement and implementation of enterprise systems. The position requires strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and collaborative communication skills.

ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Business & IT Partnership – Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure alignment of system solutions with organizational goals.
Requirements & Analysis – Lead intake and discovery efforts; gather, analyze, and document clear, well-structured business and system requirements supported by data analysis.
Business Case & Evaluation – Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis and contribute to proforma development; evaluate new applications and recommend system alternatives or enhancements.
Solution Communication & Implementation Support – Prepare communications and deliver presentations outlining system enhancements, options, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ongoing System & Process Improvement – Assess evolving business needs and emerging IT developments; resolve routine issues independently while collaborating with senior team members on more complex initiatives.

- Minimum 2 years of related experience (Required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business audiences (preferred)
Demonstrated organizational and administrative capabilities, including documentation and process coordination (preferred)
Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness and stakeholder satisfaction (preferred)
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (preferred)
License and Certification
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI - PBA) Preferred Or
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP - IIBA) Preferred Or
