Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Supply Chain Operations Manager to our Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be located at Baptist South. This is a Full-time opportunity.

Supply Chain Operations Manager General Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operational responsibility for Supply Chain Operations for a defined department and entity scope.
  • Supply Chain functions include central storeroom, receiving and shipping, PAR Supply, order and case cart fulfillment, equipment and asset management.
  • Accountable for financial performance including revenue and cost control, inventory performance, and operational service quality performance including patient safety, supply, and delivery reliability.
  • Manages operational projects and process improvement initiatives, operates with a high level of initiative and with exceptional execution effectiveness.
  • Fosters a team environment of exceptional customer service and collaboration, accountability, participation, cooperation and teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Ability to travel between Baptist Beaches, Baptist Nassau, freestanding EDs, and Metro Square.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

In lieu of Bachelors Degree, less than one year of Hospital Supply Chain experience plus 3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience is required.
