Supply Chain Ops Manager, Downtown

Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Supply Chain Operations Manager to our Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be located at Baptist Downtown. This is a Full-time opportunity.

Supply Chain Operations Manager General Responsibilities:

• Day to day operational responsibility for Supply Chain Operations for a defined department and entity scope.
• Supply Chain functions include central storeroom, receiving and shipping, PAR Supply, order and case cart fulfillment, equipment and asset management.
• Accountable for financial performance including revenue and cost control, inventory performance, and operational service quality performance including patient safety, supply, and delivery reliability.
• Manages operational projects and process improvement initiatives, operates with a high level of initiative and with exceptional execution effectiveness.
• Fosters a team environment of exceptional customer service and collaboration, accountability, participation, cooperation and teamwork, and professional growth..
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Associates of Arts/Sciences - Required
