Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking for a Surgical Posting Coordinator to join our Surgical Services team at our REID Outpatient Surgery Center. This is a PRN, Days position.

A Surgical Posting Coordinator in this role will support orthopedic surgical services by ensuring cases are scheduled accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in coordinating surgeon schedules, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication between providers and clinical teams.

As a Surgical Posting Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and posting orthopedic surgical cases
• Coordinating operating room availability and surgeon schedules
• Completing journal entries and maintaining accurate documentation
• Providing administrative and secretarial support for Surgical Services
• Communicating effectively with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal departments

Experience

• 2 years Experience in Medical Facility Required
