Baptist Health is looking for a Surgical Posting Coordinator to join our Surgical Services team at our REID Outpatient Surgery Center. This is a PRN, Days position.
A Surgical Posting Coordinator in this role will support orthopedic surgical services by ensuring cases are scheduled accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in coordinating surgeon schedules, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication between providers and clinical teams.
As a Surgical Posting Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and posting orthopedic surgical cases
- Coordinating operating room availability and surgeon schedules
- Completing journal entries and maintaining accurate documentation
- Providing administrative and secretarial support for Surgical Services
- Communicating effectively with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal departments
