Job Summary

This role is responsible for advancing the growth and transformation of Baptist Health and Baptist Physician Partners (BPP), the clinically integrated network of Baptist Health. This role leads provider network expansion, innovative care model development, and strategic payer collaborations, all in alignment with Baptist Health's transition to value-based models and broader health system strategies. The role will oversee initiatives such as narrow network design, supporting the launch of a Population Health Services Organization (PHSO), implementing value-based contracts (pay-for-performance [P4P], shared savings, and downside risk arrangements). This role also supports regional expansion across St. Johns County, Clay County, Nassau County, and Southeast Georgia, as well as the growth of a Virtual Primary Care Network.
