HRIS Analyst, Remote, Baptist Jacksonville
The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and optimization of the organization's Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role serves as a technical resource for assigned functional areas, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and effective business process design. The analyst partners with Human Resources, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to support system enhancements, reporting, integrations, compliance, and process improvements while delivering exceptional end-user support.
Job Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday business processes.
Manage and execute mass data loads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Mass Operation Management (MOM).
Troubleshoot and support Workday Core Connector integrations, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow between systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday business processes, including hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, and organizational updates.
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workday business processes and system functionality.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards to support operational, regulatory, and strategic reporting needs.
Perform system audits and data validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate system enhancements, new functionality, and technology solutions.
Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of Workday updates, enhancements, and new features.
Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
Provide end-user training and technical support for Workday functionality.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and security standards.
Stay current on Workday releases, industry best practices, and HR technology trends.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support during system maintenance, testing, or critical production issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Workday certification(s) in one or more relevant functional modules preferred.
Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of Workday experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and functional analysis.
Experience supporting Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Mass Operation Management (MOM).
Experience developing Workday reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and business processes.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work in a remote work environment and participate in an on-call support rotation.
Healthcare experience or a minimum of two years of experience supporting healthcare operations or healthcare information systems preferred.
