Job Summary
Baptist Primary Care is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care team at our River Garden in Jacksonville, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for an advanced practice provider with family medicine or primary care experience who is comfortable caring for patients of all ages, including providing preventive care, wellness exams, acute and chronic disease management, hospital follow-ups and women’s and men’s health services.

What You Will Need
- Master’s degree
- 2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice
- Certified and Licensed APRN
