Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active/Unrestricted Medical License
- Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine
- 5-7 years Residency Training Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
- Licensed Physician Required
