Job Summary

Baptist Primary Care – River Garden is located in one of the fastest-growing areas in Northeast Florida. As a Medical Director & Chief Attending Physician, you will oversee care, treatment, and services provided to patients and residents. Participates in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement, Infection Control and Prevention, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Resident Care, Department meetings. Assumes and demonstrates responsibility for safe work practices.

What You Will Need

  • MD/DO
  • Board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
  • Active/unrestricted medical license
  • 5 years of experience, preferably in long term care
  • Experience in geriatrics
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
