We have 4 Rheumatology locations throughout Jacksonville to include the Beaches (Baptist Medical Center Beaches), Bartram Park (Baptist Medical Center South), Fleming Island (Baptist Medical Center Clay) and Southbank (Downtown Jacksonville). For more information regarding our specific locations -

  • Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
  • Over 5 years Pediatric Experience Preferred
  • 1-2 years Rheumotology Experience Preferred

License and Certification

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
  • Active and Unrestricted Physician License in Florida Required
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
