Chad Randall Biography and Information
Chad Randall is a board-certified chaplain with a deep commitment to providing compassionate spiritual care to patients and families facing serious illness. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Chad has lived in the Jacksonville area for over seventeen years. He earned his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, graduating in 2018.
Chad began his journey into chaplaincy through the Baptist Health Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program, starting as an intern in 2021 and serving as a chaplain resident from 2022 to 2023. He has worked as a staff chaplain with a local hospice organization and, in January 2026, was welcomed back to Baptist as the palliative care staff chaplain. He received board certification in November 2025 and is endorsed by the North American Mission Board through the Southern Baptist Convention.
Chad has a passion for walking alongside patients and families during some of life’s most challenging moments, offering spiritual support and guidance, and presence as they navigate serious illness and make difficult medical decisions.
