Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy/Religion, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry form Southeastern Baptist Theological seminary. Wayne is endorsed to serve as a CPE Educator and Chaplain by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
