About Me
I am a proud mother of two successful adult children, and I treasure every opportunity to spend time with my family. I grew up in Clay County as a Navy brat. Still, my deepest family roots are in Southern Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, where I was truly blessed with a country lifestyle at the family farm with my extended family. Outside of work, I enjoy beach days, being on the water and embracing all that the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Northeast Florida has to offer. I feel fortunate to call this beautiful area home and enjoy making the most of my time with family and friends.
My philosophy of care is rooted in listening, compassion and treating every patient and their family with respect and dignity. I believe that good healthcare goes beyond the diagnosis and involves taking the time to explain things in a way patients and families can understand and involving them in decisions. Working in hospital medicine, I strive to make everyone feel heard, respected and cared for, especially during times when they feel vulnerable or uncertain.
