Why can???t a sick person see their doctor ? I was told that if I felt bad I had to do a virtual visit. How are you supposed to take my temperature or listen to my lungs or my heartbeat or look at my ears nose and throat? Need to improve on customer service. The desktop was very polite however I needed to see my doctor. By the way I have not been reassigned to one. How much longer should that take?
