When I walk in the front door, the front staff is so nice to me. So welcoming. Always smiling. I never have to wait long. The assistant that comes to get me is so kind. Dr. Roo???s and her assistant are so very kind, helpful and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else for my care.

The office does not run efficiently, for some reason. Very hard to get quick appointment, appts run late. Had to try 6 times to get blood work ordered before recent Medicare routine physical. Doctors Roos is great once you get to see her.

The staff are friendly and helpful ,and I absolutely adore my primary care, Dr. Roos. Dr. Roos is kind, thorough, intuitive and motivates me to be proactive with my healthcare. these qualities also helped save my husband???s life. (he is also a patient.) There is no doubt in my mind that my husband would???ve had a serious cardiac event had he not switched to Dr. Roos.

The doctor, manager and her nurse are SUPER, however, the front desk staff, particularly the asian pacific or hawaiian lady. She is rude. She refused to speak with my insurance company to confirm my co-pay. She argued with me about what my co-pay was even after the Rep from my insurance company emailed me my benefits. She absolutely wrote me and ignored my concerns. I was charged $70 for a specialist visit, NOT the $35 for PCP that I actually owed. I wonder how many other she has done this and the patient was unaware?

Never able to talk with a human being. Always have to leave a message and then maybe, if you're lucky, someone will return your call within a week. Certainly not a location where you can call and get an appointment to see a doctor within a reasonable amount of time. Usually have to wait up to 2 months for an appointment. By then, you may be dead!

Me and my wife being somewhat of a new patient I will say that the first thing is the phone answering service. A typical wait time for someone to pick up the phone is approx 20 minutes. Most time it???s longer. This is not the way a doctor office should be horrible. This has been a very common problem since we have been patients. Second thing is returning of phone calls. At best it???s usually the end of the day but more time than not it???s the following day. There are other things but I don???t feel like spending more time writing. : With that I really like my doctor. She seems to really care and has been very nice to work with. I hope she is my dr for a while. My wife doctors Hmm. U would have to ask her!! Please fix the answering phones and return call system.

I also love the fact that if you need a telecom visit, it us always scheduled qyickly and she shows just as much care as she does when tou are in person in the office. Her office is very convenient for me but it's still nice to know if you can't make it to the office, she will still do the telecom. I trust Dr. Roos with not only myself, but my family's care and am so grateful to have her for my physician. I would never change my primary care physician.

From start to finish a great experience as always. When I called with being sick and medications to be refilled the receptionist spent time to work through my crazy schedule to get me in same week, and Dr. Roos was fantastic. She is probably the best, most genuinely caring doctor I???ve ever had. So much so that I now drive 40-50 minutes to see her at the Hilden location after she made the move from Ponte Vedra. Great staff and facility!

Wait time between appointment time and actual doctor entering room is too long. I had an 11:00 appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes or so and then got up and asked the receptionist about my status. At 11:30, I was handed forms to fill out with an apology and "Sorry for the delay. She'll be ready for you soon.". PA came out to get me about 5 minutes later (before I could complete the forms). I completed PA portion in room. Waited about another 15 minutes more for Dr. Roos. She also apologized for the delay. This wait time issue is not an exception - this is an ongoing problem and very frustrating. Why have an appointment time when Baptist Primary never honors it? It is a waste of our time. You need to find a solution to better align appointment time expectations with notifications or updates if you continue to run late.

My doctor, Dr. Roos, and her nurse are exceptional. I live near the Beaches and drive a long way to continue to work with her. I recently recommended her to my husband, and he has scheduled a new patient appointment with her in January. He has always preferred to have a male physician, but has been so impressed with Dr. Roos when he has accompanied me to appointments that he decided he wanted to switch to her himself.

After one hour waiting, they have me come in to see the nurse type all my medical information. I am very happy with my doctor, Dr. E. Roos. However, the front office is very incompetent and this has been an ongoing problem with this office for several years. (I discussed this problem with my previous physician before she left, Dr. R. Schramm, and was told that the doctors have no control over whom Baptist employs for the front office.) I requested my usual blood order be sent to Quest Diagnostics located on San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin, prior to my appointment with Dr. Roos, her replacement. The young lady even commented that she liked that Quest location and used it herself. After several phone calls they again told me it was sent, so I went to Quest, but they had no order. I called the Hilden Rd. office and AGAIN requested that the order be sent to Quest on San Jose. When I went back inside to have my blood drawn, Quest still did not have it. After getting home, I finally spoke with the Hilden Road nurse and learned that the order was sent to LABCORP every time, not Quest as requested. So after fasting AGAIN and going to Labcorp, where the orders were all sent, I finally had my blood drawn. This incompetence has caused me a good deal of stress and wasted time. My last bloodwork was drawn by Quest. Their excuse was that information in my files indicated that Labcorp was my preferred lab. That was written in my file probably back in 2014, and my insurance has allowed Quest for the last several years. Although I am happy with my physician, Dr. Roos, I am going to be looking for another doctor. It gets more and more difficult to deal with this office, and it's just not worth it.

Dr. Roos and staff are a very caring group of people. The front desk is eager to help and accommodate us when needed. They are friendly and resourceful. Dr. Roos makes a point to take her time with all of our family members. She remembers details and it is evident that she cares about her patients. We drive from Atlantic Beach to visit this office.

Gave me an appointment to see the Dr. the same day. Adhered to strict CDC guidelines. Reception was very welcoming. Dr. Roos is awesome: she had an excellent handle on what my issue was and even got down on the floor to show me a stretching exercise I could do to alleviate the pain.

It was a short wait, and Dr Roos is AMAZING. I felt respected by all the staff. Phone communication is garbage though. To a dangerous degree. I was told to call my Dr if needed, but 90 percent of the time the phone line is busy. I can't even leave a message. I like my Dr enough to stay, but this really needs to be fixed.

I just adore Dr. Roos. She is personable, professional, and caring. I travel 30+ minutes to this office for the kind and efficient staff. It’s nice knowing there are familiar faces at this location every time I go...which isn’t often. I wouldn’t be able to trade Dr. Roos for any other provider.

Everything and Everyone!. I have never felt so comfortable with my physician as much as I do with Dr. Roos. She is so efficient and her work ethics are impeccable. If she tells you something she can back it up medically. I have every confidence with her and her staff that I could possibly have. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has and never rushes me or leaves me with any concerns. I would recommend anyone in need of a primary care physician to see if she is taking new patients because shes the best. As a matter of fact, I recommended her to my Spine Ohysician today because he had se eral patients he is looking to refer and he said he had heard such good things about her and was glad to see how happy I am as her patient!
