Better customer service. The checkout lady was rude, didn???t respond when I greeted her and there was a long pause before she ever acknowledged my presence. Dr. Trapp and the nurse who started the visit were amazing though.

I like the way they check me in and make sure my r personal information is correct and my insurance is the same. I don???t think no one wants an unexpected bill. Then when they call me back they are friendly and make me feel comfortable. The doctor comes in greet me as if I???m a friend and talk to me about everything. I like this place for those reasons In additional to that the facility is always clean and the restrooms are extremely clean

Yesterday was my first visit, and I was impressed by the efficiency of the front office staff, the friendliness of everyone who I came in contact with, and most importantly, I was grateful that Dr. Trapp took so much time with me, really seemed to listen and to evaluate what I was saying, and genuinely seemed to want to get to know my medical history and concerns. I know I have found a very good doctor and a very good practice!

Dr. Trapp was very nice. She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She seemed to understand and empathize with what I was reporting to her. I was nervous while looking for a doctor since I am new in town and she made things easy for me. Those who work at the front desk are sweet and funny and Dr. Trapp is one of the most empathetic doctors I have seen. She looks at you when you're talking, responds honestly and speaks candidly. The visit was both quick and thorough -- I did not feel rushed as I have in the past.

She is a good listener and answered my questions with clarity and understanding. The ability to communicate online via the Baptist My Care site is helpful and relatively easy to navigate. I believe I made an excellent choice to trust my health care needs to Baptist Internal and Family Medicine.
