The staff and the nurse were nice. The issue is a lack of technical and professional knowledge. Using Epic software allows for records reconciliation from other organizations. I moved from a different state, and asked for my record pull so the doctor will have a better understanding of issues. This was not done, nobody knew how to do it. This is the technical issue. The professional issue is I came for a physical exam, the doctor went very quickly through a set of questions and it was it. No moles checking, no asking if I had concerns, no asking for my medical history. She misspoke about mammogram. When I explained my concern with dense breast tissue and the way a mammogram is administered, and that my previous doctors suggested Abus instead, she ignored my concerns and said that 3D mammogram is done differently and not painful. When I called the imaging center they explained that there is no difference in the administration of the 3D vs 2D mammogram, the difference is in the quality of images. So when I reached out to the doctor through MyChart message asking to send an order for a breast ultrasound instead of MRI, and to please include kidney ultrasound, she did not reply with an explanation, someone just called me to setup a new appointment but did not know for what. A couple of hours later, a nurse from the office called to setup a new appointment. This time she knew what it was for and explained that it was for that she can order a kidney ultrasound. So, the doctor did not do a good physical, missed all the preventative measures, did not get my record from out of state where she would see that I have a kidney cyst that we monitor and do a yearly ultrasound. So i have to come back for an additional appointment only because the provider does not know what a consolidated care is. I will not be coming back to her.

Very nice facility. Check in and check out was very easy but my new patient appointment/physical exam lasted 10 mins, if even that. I voiced my concerns regarding some lab work that I had done and the doctor basically said ???oh you???re fine I wouldn???t worry??? without even taking a look. I will probably not return to this office.

A real person answered the phone once I got through a short extension tree. I was able to make an appointment only 2 days out as a new patient. The front desk and office staff are friendly, kind and attentive, Elvira made me feel welcome. Dr. Adams is a gem! She means iy when she says she treats her patients like family. She really cares, she listens and is thorough. It took us weeks to find doctors near our new home. Many never returned our phone calls! Tomorrow, my husband sees a doctor in this same group. We are very happy we chose Baptist Health in Nocatee.

The billing is an issue- they told me I owe them $300-something and I called my insurance and they told me that???s not correct and don???t pay it. When I asked the office for a printout of my bill they said they didn???t have that info for me. They wanted to collect money from me for something and they can???t even explain what it is for.

I saw Dr. Sarah Adams as my primary care doctor and she is terrific! I couldn't be happier with my choice. Dr. Adams was professional and kind and I felt she was genuinely interested in my health and well-being. I left with helpful suggestions for improving my health and I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Adams. The office is beautiful, modern and very accessible at Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee. All the staff were helpful, from the front desk check-in to my visit with the nurse and Dr. Adams and finally to the checkout and appointment staff.

I don???t think it???s a patient centric policy to not have samples of medication that???s doctor is goi g to use Also the policy that no scheduled medications are written from your practice for any reason is drastic The dr and the np and pa have been though rigorous training - don???t you think that decision should me made by them and not administrators? You have a patient that just got a poor health dx and they may a Valium for a few days until they can come to terms .
