Phone nurse follows up so quickly and always willing to listen. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ulatowski caring and goes out of her way to meet your needs. A great office to visit for your health needs.

Friendly, helpful, kind, patient, encouraging staff. Dr. Ulatowski is wonderful. She listens carefully, explains well and genuinely cares about my husband and me. Moving to Florida from Texas, finding physicians was challenging, but when we finally found Baptist Primary Care Durbin Pavilion, we scored! We are so grateful and thank our Loving Father for His provision.

The person that signs you in and updates your info plus make your appts is Ryder - does an amazing job always professional and so knowledgeable - the office manager Brooke does a superb job - everyone knows their job and does it very well. Not counting the atmosphere is friendly even as bad as you feel - you know the staff really cares.

I was told I was being referred to surgery. I was told I would be contacted within a few hours saved could have the number to call then if I chose. I contacted the office throughout the day, left 2 messages requesting the info. My calls were never answered or returned. The doctor and nurses were amazing. The office let me down big time.

I like Dr. Ulatowski, Ryder, Brie & all the employees. The office is conveniently located within 15 minutes of my home. Everyone is professional & really nice, the office has a relaxed atmosphere, it is kept clean & I really like knowing I can count on them if I need an unscheduled office visit.

First time seeing the new doctor at this location. Being a medicare enrollee seems like her path is to order all these tests with no regard to talking about lifestyle changes first. Not sure she will stay and get to know her patients. No real formal introduction about herself to patients; seems like just reading lab numbers and prescribing tests. Will give her a chance. Would like to see more discussion about lifestyle (i.e. foods, exercise, supplements)
