The care that I have received from Baptist nurses and doctors from the time I entered the ER until discharge and then going to individual doctors offices has for the most part been phenomenal with only a few exceptions. I have already shared my opinion with friends, family and other doctors as well as the reason behind my few exceptions remark. I think it's important that doctors and nurses take into consideration what a patient has to say about their own body and how it has responded in the past under similar circumstances. I pray Baptist Clay continues to offer this type of support and treatment ????

Dr was great; the financial staff for financial counseling was NOT. I was there; They were NOT! I was on time for the appointment, I told the check in Nurse that I had a Financial Counseling appointment; she replied They are NOT here. And she checked me in, and took all of my info including scanning my medicare and insurance cards. The staff at check-in were thorough and very kind/courteous. Check-out the same and schedule all of my appointments needed for the follow-up. The nurse was lovely and kind and never made me feel rushed or not important. Top-notch team at Baptist MD Anderson.

Dr Comerbach took the time to explain my cancer type and why various other treatments were not needed. He talked about the treatment recommended for me explaining any and all side effects. He even had the Pharmacist come and speak with me regarding supplements I take and which ones I need to stop taking. He had documented this with research he had.

I was asked the same questions three different times by three different people. That took an hour. Then when u finally saw the doctor it took all of 10 minutes for him to ask me those SAME questions and give me some BS answer of I was overweight. $300 later for something he could of told me over the phone and didn???t need to waste my time or money to see him.

It???s a little scary entering a cancer center for the first time, but the intake staff, and nurses did a great job making me feel at ease. I was also impressed with the doctor who took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable in these unfamiliar surroundings. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I felt like the office staff was caring. The doctor and the nurse practitioner were amazing. I saw the NP, Alison in the hospital, and even though it was a scary situation she was very caring, personable, and informative. I saw Dr. Cumberbatch in the office for my follow up, he listened and I didn???t feel rushed, he answered all my questions. I was very comfortable with both of them and they have a great bedside manner. Very happy with their office.
