Please follow the billing instructions that correspond to the type of bill that you've received. A doctor bill may either be for services provided at an office visit or for a service or consultation provided by a physician at a Baptist hospital or outpatient facility. A hospital bill is for patient services provided at a Baptist hospital or outpatient facility.
