I had Covid, already self tested and was positive, dr office made me drive myself into their office to take their test. I didn't feel safe driving and had no one to take me, but I went anyways because they said, "we need to test you ourselves".

I really love the courteous, kind and upbeat staff from the moment I walked in to the front desk, to the nurse, who was extremely kind and polite as well, and most importantly, the kind caring and concerned treatment from Noor Daoud who took the time to listen to what I had to say, and to form plan of treatment, which we as patients really desire. This kind of car is very hard to find these days!

Too many in-person appointments. They require in-person for just informational meetings. There's no reason to make patients continually coming in in-person when a virtual meeting will cover the same information. It's a burden and waists too much PTO with employers.

The typical things are all great: wait time, efficiency, speed of service, etc. These are all phenomenal. PA Daoud is an amazing physician. I have seen her at least 3 times for the same issue and she has helped me every step of the way with genuine care and compassionate interest. I never feel rushed, and always feel like when I???m speaking she is listening, which I know can be difficult in this field. Recently she recommended an escalation in my treatment and she said ???you can do whatever you want, but my opinion is you owe it to your wife and daughters to take this seriously.??? I hadn???t mentioned them; she remembered. I accepted, and I think it was the best/hardest advice I???d received because she was right. The ER was the care I needed. Thank you, Dr. Daoud.

I love the responsiveness that Noor shows to my concerns. Noor seems genuinely interested in my welfare and is always very patient and helpful whether during an office visit or a virtual one. Most of the staff members also are very helpful when I see them in-person at the office.

I love my relationship with the PA. I did not like that I had a 10 am appt and was not taken back to exam room until 10:54 am. The office was busy, but an almost hour wait for a routine, less than 10-minute meds review/exam is frustrating.

The Care that was rendered too Me during My visit recently. The two Nurses that came in to take my Blood Pressure and administer the EKG on my was Such a breath of fresh air. Professional, concerned and caring and may I add, One of the nurse realized I was down due to recently the death of my husband, She consoled me through laughter of her great personality. Dr. Noor is awesome, She was recommended through a friend.

I have no problems with the provider, but the office staff is very disorganized, non accommodating which makes it a very unpleasant frustrating experience when trying to follow my providers instructions with a disorganized staff working under the provider. Very disappointing.

I recently came with a suspected case of COVID . I was tested in the parking lot immediately had a video consultation and was given medication and products to go home with. When I asked about paying for my visit I was told we could sort that out later . They were more concerned with getting me well. That is what I call great patient care. I have great faith in Noor Dahoud I think she is a great PA.
