The he concern for my child???s mental health Dr k???s ability to relate and interact with my child is incredible. The atmosphere is very calming . Dr K has established a secure and trustworthy relationship with my child.

Our daughter has enjoyed her appointments with all the Baptist Behavioral providers. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Easy to talk to the professionals even though the meetings are via zoom. The admin staff is very helpful as well. My only challenge has been the the wait to become a new patient as well as and the lack of available appointment times once established. Need more amazing providers for pediatrics.

We love our doctor Stephanie Kinnare. She has such a calming effect on my grandson and he opens up to her about his feelings and really uses the information which helps him cope with some changes that he has going on in his life. She always supportive and tells him how prod she is of his accomplishments which lead to more self esteem.

The professionalism, care, and kindness of all staff from the support staff to Dr. Kinnare and Dr. Ampiah who are both absolutely amazing. The support staff are reliable, patient, caring, and make every effort to help. Dr. Kinnare and Dr. Ampiah partnered to help my son progress in ways that I could only imagine, after 10 years of searching for the ???right??? therapeutic/ mental health services. I highly recommend the Children???s services was program.

Dr kinnare is wonderful but it is very difficult to get an appointment with her. My daughter has been seeing her for several years. She is supposed to see her every 2 weeks. We used to be able to do that with no problem. However, over the last year it has become very difficult. Clearly you were taking on too many patients and because of the rule that I can only book four appointments at a time we often are have to wait 2 months between appointments. I book on the very day I am allowed to and still can't get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Waiting 2 months between appointments is unacceptable. My daughter is very depressed and needs her appointments with Dr kinnare. Dr kinnare has tried to find ways to get my daughter in more often. But it seems that you keep taking new patients when you can't even find time for your existing patients. Children with mental health issues need better care than this. The doctors care but the management do not. You need to do better for our children. Stop taking on new patients and concentrate on taking appropriate care of the children already in your care.
