Pay Your Bill
We use paperless billing, so you won't receive a bill in the mail. Instead, you'll be notified of any new bills via My Baptist Chart, email or text based on your communication preferences with us.

Text
If you've opted in to receive billing notifications by text in My Baptist Chart, just follow the instructions in the text message to charge your card on file. Learn how to set up text payments here.
Mail
Complete the form included at the bottom of your bill and return in the envelope provided.
Bills with Date of Service on or before July 29, 2022, please contact customer service.

Forms of Payment
Most Baptist Health locations no longer accept cash payments. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Check
- Debit/Check Card
- Credit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
You may request to be billed, and checks can be mailed to: Baptist Health Payment Processing Center, PO Box 736048, Dallas, TX, 75373-6048. Please include your account number on the check.

Itemized Bills
You can request an itemized bill directly in My Baptist Chart by going to Menu > Billing > View balance details, then opening the Details tab and selecting “Get itemized bill.” After entering your date range and choosing Generate, your itemized statement will appear in the Documents tab.
If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can request an itemized bill by calling 904.459.2844.

Cost Estimates
You can get an estimated price for services or procedures either through My Baptist Chart (even without an account) or by submitting an Estimate Request Form.
Estimates reflect your financial responsibility under your insurance plan, but they’re not guarantees and exclude charges from non-Baptist-employed providers (such as anesthesiologists or radiologists).

Baptist Health offers interest-free payment plans for up to 12 months that can be setup before you receive care based on estimated costs, at the time of service, or after you receive a bill. Elevate Patient Financial Solutions (ElevatePFS)
Baptist Health has contracted with ElevatePFS to offer free help to patients without insurance who need assistance paying for medical bills. If you receive their text message, email, letter, or phone call, please reach out to them. ElevatePFS will work to connect you with programs and resources that can make your health care more affordable. To speak with an advocate, call 904.862.2060 or email BaptistHealth@ElevatePFS.com.

Insurance Information
- Our hospitals, outpatient locations and physician practices welcome most plans. Review our list of accepted insurance plans.
- If you have a participating health insurance plan and provide us with your policy information, we will file your insurance claims for you.
- Insurance coverage, co-pays and deductibles for office visits and inpatient and outpatient procedures are determined by your insurance plan and are expected at each visit.
- Please check with your insurance company to understand your coverage and your responsibilities, and advise us of any changes to your insurance information or mailing address.
- Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment.

No health insurance coverage?
- You'll be asked to pay a portion of your estimated charges at the time of service.
