I am very, very disappointed with the number of doctors you have lost in Rheumatology....Frankly, It scares me, and I may have to look outside the Baptist Network... You are not treating the Dr's. as well as they treat their patients...it is so very very sad...Please send this note to the highest level you can...I so believe in Baptist, and now I am not sure where Baptist is heading...

Office seems to run efficiently, I never have to wait before being seem. I happen to live in Atlantic Beach and for that reason alone, I prefer to see Dr. Shah at Baptist Beaches, purely for my convenience.

My husband and I are extremely happy with Dr. Shah and everyone in the office. We were treated as quickly as possible and Dr. Shah has answers for all of our questions. We are a little disappointed that Dr. Shah will not be coming out to the beaches area for a while, but are hoping that Baptist finds some doctors soon so our drive will not be so long. Thank you very much for what we feel like is a very competent doctor, as well as friendly and happy assistants.

Efficient checkin. Friendly front desk staff. Dr Shaw took lots of time with me to talk. She is awesome. Too bad I can???t get another appt with her for 2 months because of the staff shortage. Sure hope that gets worked out and you don???t lose more doctors.

I live in Fernandina and it is a huge inconvenience to have to travel down to downtown Jacksonville!!!! I miss Dr.Kim on the North side. Many of us up here depend on others to drive us that far and it always isn't easy to find someone. Plus my last appt. I got lost and arrived 15 mins late and was told they cancelled my appt and then said that they would try and fix it but i still might get charged a late fee(which I will not pay) I took me over 1 1/2 hrs to get there due to traffic(which I have no control and I did leave an extra 30mins earlier to get there. It is disgusting that they don't have a Dr. up here in Nassau County considering that it now is so large and filled with over 95,000 residents and growing by the day. I really feel the entire Baptist group needs to have more doctors up this way and not just that little group now being built by wild light. It will still take 3-4 months to get in and that not executable when someone is having serious health issues and your told basically to bad we can't help so wait 4 months for your appt. which is what I did to see this doctor.

Hire more physicians to reduce the wait time for the patients follow up visit. It???s concerning when the doctor recommends that you schedule a follow up visit with in 3 weeks but the office staff informs you that the doctor is booked solid and the next available appointment is in 3 months.

I have no complaints about my Dr. It???s the staff at the infusion clinic. They never answer the phone and can???t give you any answers. I get that insurance authorizations are difficult but all you have to do is call me not wait for me to call and finally by chance they answered the phone.

Getting in with Dr. Shah was a smooth process with the help of our Son's other Dr. Dr. Shah was great. The checkout lady was VERY RUDE. She spoke to us so poorly and her body language was as if we were bothering her. We explained the Dr. wanted to see us in a certain number of weeks, and she said "well I have nothing so it will have to be when I have something". We asked if she could pls make sure waiting that long was ok with the Dr. She said "I have nothing, there is nothing I can do". I again asked her to check with the Dr. and let us know. She was extremely rude and got up to get someone else. To make a long story short, the Dr. was in fact not ok waiting to see our son that far out and opened a spot on the calendar for him. We have never been treated so rude at a Drs.off ice. In addition to that, we were told his 2 prescriptions would be called into our pharmacy the same day. They were not...when I called back I left a message on the medical assistant voicemail letting them know we didn't get them. No one ever called me back. The next day the pharmacy called and said we got one of the scripts but not the other. I called back again, left another vm stating we didn't get the other script. That script was just called in today, 2 days later. The medicine they started him on, on Tues required that medication to be taken as well. He went 2 days without that medicine and still as of this minute, no one ever called me back from the Dr.s office. This was our first visit here, and while we were happy with the Dr., the office itself was very disappointing.

I love Dr. Shaw, and all of the people who work there. They are most accommodating. The only issue I have is reaching them on the telephone. I am on My chart and I get that info from the office to me after an appointment quickly. Most outstanding is Dr. Shah???s friendly, yet professional, demeanor. I would like her as a ???little sister.??? My recommendation is to put more manpower on the telephone and re-script the message. I am glad you sent this survey. I have been to no less than 25 Doctors appointments in the last year. I can't tell you how gracious everyone on the staff from reception to scheduling to the doctor to her nursing assistant was to me. I left the doctors office and looked at my wife and told her that this was by far my best experience at a doctors office ever. I mean this with sincerity and know my individual situation is very complex. I could not be more thankful for the staff and doctor. My doctor said she can't prove that I have Ankylosis Spondylitis or prove I have it but she says she would go along with my former doctor. I have been treated for this condition for 20 years.She has taken me off my medicine. I stopped talking one medicine because I saw blood work. I was disappointed when we did tele visit . She didn't ask why or you know you are suppose to take . Medicine. She told me to take half a muscle relaxer and I started having sharp muscle spasms but she corrected it.Now she reducing my Celebrex . Also we talked about Humria she didn't bring up.I feel like I have to prove I need medicine or I have Symptoms. I don't know how to feel but expected more from Baptist Health.

Dr Shah is by far one of best doctors I have ever seen. She is caring and actually listens to what you have to say. You don???t feel rushed and she realizes not everyone is just what the labs show. The office at the Beaches Hospital is an excellent location for me. DR. Shah and her staff make the entire process seamless. The new blood tests, when using the Beaches Hospital, are now paperless witch is fantastic help! I find each trip to this office just a simple friendly experience. With the new check in at the hospital and blood draw facility it just is simple and efficient!

I was actually happy with the professional way the office was run. The ladies at front desk and checkout were polite, patient, informative and helpful. The doctor made me feel lie I was an irritation. I felt like she wanted to be else where. I have real pain and was looking forward to getting some answers. Instead I felt as though maybe she thought that I was just trying to get medication, which I don???t like to take. I don???t feel like I could comfortably explain how I felt because she was so blunt, dismissive and in a hurry. I was disappointed because she came highly recommended by family and friends.

Access to a live person when I call with a problem. The portal takes too long to get an answer back and leaving a message for the doctors nurse is an exercise in futility. NO ONE EVER returns those calls!!! That has been my main problem with this practice since the beginning. I think Dr Shah is great and her care is excellent. It is your support for patients that needs help.

Most people in the office are pleasant and helpful and professional. I was sent ti see Erin about getting a problem with my Otezla prescription straightened out and to get a starter pack of Otezla to hold me over until my prescription could be filled. Erin was not helpful, was argumentative and boardering on rude. I had to insist that she talk to Dr. Shah about giving me a starter pack. The staff are very personable and professional. During the time of the covid they take precautions for themselves and for the patients and doctors. The office is spotless. Very well located. And my particular doctor I have felt comfortable with Dr Shaw since I first met her. She gives a feeling of competency of knowing what she's doing but also caring about not just the patient but the person.

Everyone was super friendly, from the initial encounter on the phone when making appointment to actual office visit. To top it off, Dr. Swati was so thorough-she didn't seemed rushed during the encounter instead, determined to get to the root of my issues for the best treatment plan possible. Dr Shah listened to my concerns. Gave me options and allowed me to decide which ones I wanted to try. She understood that I am sensitive to meds and believed that I knew my body. Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue are tough to treat.
