    Dr Pezzi is one of the best. He listens to his patients and helps them understand their diagnosis and what to expect moving forward. He doesn't rush his patience and guides them to the most appropriate treatment. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful.

    Dr. Pazzi was very through and carefully explained both the need and procedures for the upcoming surgery. So often one feels rushed a a doctor's office, so this was definitely reassuring and appreciated. I haven't yet heard from the scheduler, though, and will call today if I don't hear from her. it's difficult to plan for the next month or so until I know when the surgery will be.

    Surgeon was very skilled. He made sure I was doing okay during the entire procedure. He talked me through the process of a port removal and when I asked to see the port he showed it to me. He went above and beyond to make my procedure a comfortable procedure because he took into consideration the trauma another surgeon left when he inserted it. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and use him again in the future if necessary

    Dr. Pezzi was very thorough, detailing both my issues and my options clearly. I appreciate that he did not want to rush to surgery, as I would prefer to avoid it if possible. His suggestion to see a different doctor to examine my vocal cords and receive a second opinion was very logical. He took his time with me and never acted rushed. He has a wonderful, ???bedside manner,??? and if I ever do need to have a thyroid lobectomy, I would want him to do it.

    Very holistic approach to patient care. Well organized, excellent communication skills of staff and extremely caring. Dr. Pezzi is an ultimate professional with a genuine personality. And of course has the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in his work. Only one minor complaint, the person that took my blood left me with a huge bruise and swelling. I???m not sure that was her best work.

    MD Anderson is staffed by wonderful people. However, Dr. Pezzi is an outstanding doctor in an outstanding organization,. And so is his staff but I know him the best: three plus years and two operations. Meeting with him is like being with a family member. He always goes straight to the point in a very compassionate way. Like a father or brother. He never rushes me. Always answers each question fully, completely, leaving no stone unturned. For example, at my last visit I asked a question about the latest scan's radiology report. He not only brought up the actual CT image on the screen, but brought up an earlier scan and slowly and systematically compared the two carefully pointing out the differences he thought were important. He made me feel very much part of the decision-making process. Luckily, for the present, my situation is good. It gives me a good feeling to know that Dr. Pezzi is treating so many others (some friends of mine) who have more pressings and serious problems. I know he will do everything he can to help them and to make sure they understand what is happening. I am very grateful to MD Anderson and grateful to the people who hired Dr. Pezzi. They did a good job.

    Shareeka scheduled my appointment. She had me scared to death with the threat of not being seen if my paperwork wasn't back quickly. A week after I scheduled the appointment, I still did not receive the paperwork in the mail. The 21st I came down and reception called her to bring the papers down to me. I waited for quite a while, then Monica brought them to me. I filled them out and asked reception to call Monica to come get(as she told me to do). Reception said oh they know where to put it. A few days later I received papers in the mail dated 2-20. I called and was told the ones I turned in on 2-21 were not found. I faxed back on 2-24 and waited a few days and called to check on them. After a few people searched, they were found.

    Dr. Pezzi and all the staff including patient registration, check in, MA, and RN were friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Pezzi took his time explaining options before moving forward with any procedures. He then explained his procedure in a step by step approach. His care is excellent and he takes pride in his work making sure he pays close attention to every detail to give you the best patient outcome.     From the moment i walked in the doors of MD Anderson, I knew I was in good hands. From being assisted by a gentle gal who checked me in, to being taken upstairs to meet Dr. Pezzi. Everyone was attentive and warm. Dr. Pezzi spent a long time with my husband and I educating and explaining in detail what kind of cancer I have, my options, and what OUR plan of attack would be. Emphasis on ???OUR???. We left there feeling more at peace and with a game plan. I feel so fortunate to have a Team who genuinely cares about me and my well-being.     I am overly impressed with the medical staff. They do not appear to be in a rush to push you out of the way and say ???Next???, but very kind . I was thinking that the staff was ???hand-picked??? to care for patients that come through their doors. They never look at their watch, they listen and ask you for concerns or complaints you may be experiencing. I pray I am not speaking too soon, but I like this center so much that I think I could work here. The doctors are very informative and great listeners. I think this is the reason this center is highly rated in wonderful cancer care

    very fine physicians and nurses one issue , i declined radiation therapy there due to financial staff failing to consider my achievement on my out of pocket expenses maximum reducing mytotal bill ! The quoted apprx $200 per treatment for ,40 sessions so $8000 + my share!!?? So sorry , but lm continuing on with dr Pezzi who did a wonderful surgery !!

    Everyone was so kind from registration to triage to check out. Dr. Pezzi did not rush through my appointment and took the time to explain everything from my screening mammogram to the biopsy pathology report and the plan for surgery. While performing the physical exam, he noticed areas of concern on my skin and even went above and beyond to get me referred to a medical dermatologist. I was not expecting such comprehensive care and I am blown away by the level of concern that Dr. Pezzi has shown for my health beyond the breast tumor that brought me to his office.

Dr. Pezzi 's PA and staff expressed a sense of confidence and caring which helped to settle my nerves. Meeting with Dr. Pezzi to discuss diagnosis and a plan to move forward was very educational and encouraging. My wife and I appreciated all the time he gave to help us. We never felt rushed and we like the doctor and group. We have confidence and trust in Dr. Pezzi to take care of situation. With God's help we'll get this cancer cured.

    Surgical team was very compassionate and caring. I was able to obtain initial consultation within 2 weeks of referral and surgery 3 weeks thereafter. Very good communication with nursing staff as far as scheduling, procedures, requirements, insurance, etc. Location is extremely easy to find off Route 95 and convenient free parking in attached garage. Dr. Pezzi has an excellent bedside manner and I was completely confident going into surgery.
