Elizabeth "Beth" Tibbs

Elizabeth “Beth” Tibbs is senior vice president of operations for Baptist Medical Group, where she provides strategic, operational and financial leadership for physician practice operations across the Baptist Health system.

Her responsibilities include multi-specialty practice management, provider recruitment, payor credentialing, access operations, digital health integration and ambulatory practice expansion. She leads the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, oversees the integration of community practices into the system and directs enterprise-wide growth initiatives to ensure Baptist Medical Group operates as a high-performing physician enterprise aligned with Baptist Health’s mission and long-range strategy.

She joined Baptist Health in 2024, having previously worked at Prisma Health Medical Group in Greenville, South Carolina, and Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She received her MA in Human Resources and her BS in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas.
