Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Onboarding Specialist for the Flex Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time Day shift opportunity located at Baptist Downtown.

The Administrative Assistant/Onboarding Specialist provides support to the Director/Manager. This may include various tasks such as planning events, ordering supplies, scheduling calls/meetings, timekeeping, and agenda items.

This role is expected to have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership, contract labor team members and our internal customers. The candidate should be very detailed oriented with email communication. The candidate needs to be able to multitask and prioritize duties based on workload and sensitivity of time. The candidate needs to possess strong decision-making skills and know when to escalate important items.

Administrative Assistant/Onboarding Specialist, Job Responsibilities:

• Answering emails timely
• Liaison between contract labor vendor and customer
• Partnership with Flex schedulers
• Provides customer service and assist customers.
• Paying and coding invoices
• Compare worked hours to billed hours
