Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking an Anesthesia Supervisor to lead adult anesthesia operations at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown campus). This role is responsible for overseeing daily anesthesia support services across multiple procedural areas within the hospital.
As an Anesthesia Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising anesthesia operations across Endoscopy, Neuro OR, CVOR, Labor and Delivery, Cath Lab, Main OR, Imaging, and other procedural areas
- Coordinating workflow and staffing to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Supporting anesthesia providers and surgical teams with equipment and operational needs
- Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Assisting with process improvements and maintaining high-quality service delivery
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years Surgical Services Experience
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
