Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Assistant Administrator, Patient Care Services to join the Baptist Nassau Administrative team.

• This role would have authority and accountability for acute care hospital responsibilities in the absence of the Vice President and direct responsibilities over all clinical operations.
• The position supports and facilitates and interdisciplinary team approach to the overall deliver of care to patients, families and community as well as operational involvement around the process that touch the patients and their families.
• This includes creating an environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence clinical care is promoted and achieved.
