Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient geriatric behavioral health team in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management

  • Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and mood disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

  • Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

  • Active or eligible Florida APRN license

  • Experience in behavioral health and/or geriatric psychiatry preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
