Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient geriatric behavioral health team in Jacksonville, Florida.

Outpatient-focused role with no inpatient rounding requirements
Treat and manage geriatric patients with complex behavioral health needs

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and mood disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active or eligible Florida APRN license
Experience in behavioral health and/or geriatric psychiatry preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
