Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cardiac Echo Sonographer to our Pediatric Cardiology Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

As a Pediatric Cardiac Echo Sonographer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing diagnostic examinations of the heart using Ultrasound techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
  • Reviewing and recording cases.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Providing as needed back up to other non-invasive areas of the Cardiac Department.
  • Assist the working physicians to diagnose heart problems in patients.

  • 1-2 years Cardiac Echo Sonography Experience

License and Certification

  • Adult Echo Credentials through either ARDMS or CCI within 18 months of hire Required
  • Adult Echocardiography (AE) (ARDMS-RDCS) Preferred Or
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI-RCS) Preferred Or
