Job Summary
Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring an Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead to our Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at our Wolfson's Clay Outpatient Clinic in Fleming Island, working Day shift hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotation.
We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary discipline-specific resource for recommending and facilitating the provision of effective clinical care practices throughout the outpatient Wolfson Rehabilitation departments.
Part time provision of direct outpatient care is required.
The development of evidenced-based clinical standards of practice.
Continuous quality improvement and staff competency requirements for clinical practice in the outpatient clinics.
Provides support to all the outpatient Wolfson therapists and our clinical practices system wide.
Experience Requirements:
Ortho Experience (Preferred)
Neuro Experience (Preferred)
Pediatric Rehab Experience (Preferred)
Outpatient Experience (Preferred)
Education & Credential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required
Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
