Cook I, Dietary, South

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a full-time Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical South. This is a full time grill cook opportunity within our retail kitchen staff. Shift are primarily Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm-8:30pm with weekends as needed.

Cook I Job Responsibilities:

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.

• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies

• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements:

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred

• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Prefered)
