Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Directors' Assistant to join the Nursing Administrative Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides office support to Director.
  • Duties include word processing, schedules, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and statistics.
  • Performs other functions as assigned by the Director.
  • Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
  • Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions

Education & Credential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
