Job Summary

Baptist Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Jacksonville, Florida. As part of one of Northeast Florida's most comprehensive behavioral health programs, this opportunity offers a balanced inpatient practice, collaborative multidisciplinary support, teaching involvement, and an exceptional quality of life. Physicians will primarily work a Monday-Friday schedule while participating in a shared weeknight call rotation and may have opportunities to support other behavioral health service lines during scheduled shifts.

What You Will Need

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Interest in teaching and academic engagement preferred
  • Residents and/or Fellows are accepted.
